CITZO ENTERPRISES LLC TERMS OF SERVICE

12.1. Clients may not directly hire or solicit any employee, contractor, or consultant of the Company during the term of service and for a period of 12 months following the termination of services.

13.1. The Company implements industry-standard security measures to protect client data. 13.2. In the event of a data breach, affected clients will be notified promptly, and necessary actions will be taken to mitigate risks.
14. SEVERABILITY
14.1. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
15.1. The Company and the Client are independent parties, and these Terms do not create an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Wyoming. 16.2. Disputes between parties will first be resolved amicably; otherwise, the courts of Wyoming will have jurisdiction. 16.3. Parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating legal proceedings. 16.4. In disputes with international clients, U.S. courts have jurisdiction under federal law.
17. CHANGES AND UPDATES
17.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect once posted on the Site. 17.2. Clients are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
18. TERMINATION AND SERVICE DISCONTINUATION
18.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate service for any client at its sole discretion. 18.2. If services are misused or illegal activities are detected, all agreements with the client may be immediately terminated. 18.3. Clients wishing to cancel services must comply with the specified notice periods.
